Baked Beans have been a long time staple for any backyard BBQ or cookout, and everyone has their own method or version of this well known signature side. I’ve seen people cook their beans for hours which is interesting because canned beans are already cooked! Some even add an extra protein like ground beef into their beans. In my opinion it’s no longer a side once you add that big chunk of beef into it but it will still taste amazing nonetheless! Your beans can be a hit or a miss! Consistency is key here! But really, it’s pretty easy! And make sure to use Bushes Baked Beans, they just do it right. And who am I to argue with 115 years of tradition? Give this recipe a try and be the next big hit at the cookout!
