Returns and Exchanges

  • As a small business selling perishable products, we cannot accept returns of opened products.
  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not issue refunds. Instead, a store credit will be issued on approved returns.
  • You have up to 14 days from the date you receive your order to return unopened products. We will do our best to provide outstanding customer service.
  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied if unopened  the item is returned.
  • Please complete our contact form with your order number and we’ll send shipping instructions for your return package.
  • Return shipping and handling charges are the customer’s responsibility.
