- All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday
- Priority Mail Express is next-day to 2-day delivery service by 6 PM.

- We are not able to change the address or cancel an order once an order has been placed.

DAMAGED PACKAGE
- When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage or defects. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear.
- However, if you think a product in your shipment is damaged or defective, please complete our contact form. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service.
- To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection. If, after having examined the product, we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will provide you instructions for returning the damaged or defective product to us at our expense and issue a refund for the price you paid for the product(s) to the original purchaser’s method of payment.
- Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, but any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.
HELPFUL INFO
- As soon as the tracking details are updated on your order from the courier, an automatic email will be generated from Jacobs BBQ. This information is passed on to us, and is usually accurate.
- Occasionally, a package will be marked as “delivered” by the shipping courier prematurely. If you received a delivery notice, only to find your parcel(s) not in your mailbox, in your apartment, office, or on the doorstep, here is some information you should know organized by courier:
USPS Priority Mail:
- USPS delivery vans have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as “delivered” prematurely. Wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day.
- Contact your local post office. Make sure to call your LOCAL OFFICE, and NOT the USPS HOTLINE (this can take a lot of time, and in the end, they only tell you what your tracking says). Ask them who delivered the parcel, and ask them details about that day’s delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and can usually provide helpful information.
- If the parcel still does not show up (extremely rare occasion), please call the Post Office and file a claim. You can call the USPS Hotline to file a claim, or you can do it online. Priority Mail comes insured by the USPS, and they are liable for misdelivered or stolen property in most cases. Jacobs BBQ cannot reimburse orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property. We apologize for any inconvenience that may cause but appreciate your understanding!
UPS or FEDEX:
- Allow an extra business day for your parcel to arrive.
- Contact UPS Customer Service – they are liable for misdelivered mail, 1-800-742-5877.
- Contact FEDEX Customer Service – they are liable for misdelivered mail, 1-800-463-3339.
